Job Summary
We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Personal Care Assistant (PCA), and Companions to join our team. The ideal candidate is compassionate, reliable, and willing to be an advocate for their patients.

- $500 client referral bonus (after referred client remains active for 30 days)
- Sign-on bonus after 30 days of active service. Companion $100, PCA $150, and CNA $250. *Contingent on continuous service minimum 5 hours a week when available shifts open even outside preferred coverage area, no call outs, good standing with state required documents, no disciplinary notices, and no violation of policies to be eligible for sign on bonus.
- Mileage reimbursement for use of personal vehicle if travel is 45+ miles from office location to shift location

Responsibilities
- Assist with daily living activities
- Assist with personal hygiene needs and dressing
- Assist with mobility, walking, and physical therapy exercises
- Provide adjunct patient care
- Monitor food intake
- Monitor vital signs as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals
- Provide compassionate care
- Generally increase their quality of life
Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED
- Valid Certifications
- Current CPR certification
- Bloodborne Pathogen (BBP) certification
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to adhere to all health and safety guidelines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal spills
- Ability to lift heaving objects
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work with limited supervision
- Compassionate, respectful, ethical
Additional Requirements
- Successful completion of background check
- Drug screening
- TB screening

We can prepare meals, do light cleaning around the house, and run errands for our clients like picking up medication or groceries.
